How to maintain an automatic soldering machine

February 23rd at 5:46pm

The development and application of automatic soldering machines have become an inevitable trend and have penetrated into various industries related to electronics. Soldering, with the development of application technology, has also expanded its practical applications. Automation equipment can be further divided into automatic soldering machines, automatic screw locking machines, automatic dispensing machines, etc. Among them, the application of automatic soldering machines is quite important.

When welding larger components, such as the lead pins of output transformers, large electrolytic capacitors, metal chassis grounding pads, etc., an automatic soldering machine with a capacity of over 10W should be selected. The soldering iron of an automatic soldering machine must be at a sufficient temperature before production can begin, which is also a common occurrence of false soldering.

The lead wire of the automatic tin plating machine should not be too thin or too long, but the voltage drop during connection should not exceed 5% of the initial voltage. The initial voltage should not deviate from the power supply voltage by 10%. However, gloves, wings, and protective glasses should be worn during machine operation to prevent sparks from flying out and scalding. The sliding part should be well lubricated, and metal splashes should be removed after use. After the new welding machine starts using for 24 hours, the screws of each component should be tightened once, especially the connection screws between the copper soft joint and the electrode must be tightened. There are many types and specifications of automatic soldering machines, which are light in weight, scientifically reasonable in bracket combination, and easy and fast in on-site installation; It can significantly reduce labor intensity and labor costs. Moreover, the size of the welded parts varies, so the reasonable selection of the power and type of automatic soldering machine is directly related to improving welding quality and efficiency. When the automatic soldering machine is used to solder integrated circuits, quality tubes, and heat sensitive components, a 20W internal heating or 25W external heating automatic soldering machine should be selected. When connecting wires and coaxial cables, a 45W~75W external heating electric soldering iron or a 50W internal heating automatic silver soldering machine should be used first.

It should be pointed out that if there are quality issues with the main components of the newly purchased welding machine within half a month, a new welding machine or the main components can be replaced. The main unit of the automatic tin plating machine comes with a one-year warranty, and long-term maintenance services are provided. In general, after notifying the manufacturer, the service will be provided within three to seven days based on the distance traveled. Welding machine damage caused by user reasons is not covered by the warranty. Vulnerable and consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.

If the AC contactor is found to be improperly engaged during the use of the automatic soldering machine, it indicates that the grid voltage is too low. Users should first solve the power supply problem, and only use it after the power supply is normal.
